Russell H. Lydanne II
Owner and co-founder

As one of the managing partners, Russell has the driving force behind business development, market expansion and project production. Russell personally oversees Keystone's design-build division with keen attention to detail. His tenure in the sports construction industry includes multi-phase public and private sports development, both domestic and international. 

Ben Seleznow
Vice President of Sales

Benjamin Seleznow personally oversees the business development and marketing departments, providing direction and guidance to the team, while managing estimating and the preparation of bids and proposals. Benjamin emphasizes an educational and consultative sales approach to form long-term partnerships with new clients. 

Adam Al-Halal
Vice President of Operations

Adam manages the estimating and project management departments at Keystone. Adam’s construction management and estimating experience ranges from small residential projects to high profile multi-phase commercial production. Adam’s collegiate background in engineering allows him to design and produce customized solutions that meet or exceed clients’ expectations.

William A. Wright – (Alex)

Project Manager

Alex has worked in the synthetic turf field industry for ten years. As a Project Manager, Alex oversees production at job sites across the Mid-Atlantic. He has extensive experience repairing and maintaining synthetic turf systems regardless of the manufacturer, including the maintenance of fields with alternative infill systems such as cork and zeolite.

John Cairns

Estimator / Project Manager

John has worked in the Construction Industry for over 25 years. He has a background in Civil Engineering and Heavy Civil Construction projects.  John has overseen the construction of many athletic facilities in the region; from Division I Field Hockey, to numerous other high school and collegiate sports fields. As an Estimator for Keystone, John is responsible for accurately estimating construction projects, as well as working with Keystone’s Design Build team to assist clients in designing their new facilities.

Andy has worked in the civil construction industry as an estimator and project manager for 13 years, with experience in everything from paving projects to large scale sitework projects. Andy is committed to seeing each and every project completed to the highest quality to help maintain long lasting customer relationships.

William (Bill) Keller

Project Manager

Bill has a broad construction background bringing over 10 years of experience in various trades, from concrete finishing to hardscape installation. William attended Villanova University where he earned a degree in Organizational Development and Management. His keen attention to detail along with his leadership abilities, drive for success and team player attitude make him an integral part in accomplishing the vision and continued success that Keystone Sports Construction has established.

Service Manager

Alex has worked in the construction industry for over 5 years, as both a maintenance technician and buildings and grounds supervisor. As service manager, Alex assists with all sports field maintenance and testing.

Lisa has a background of 20 years in the construction industry with a focus on client relations, project coordination and management. She has worked on a variety of assignments that range from heavy highway civil to private projects. Lisa works together with Keystone’s clients and personnel to assist in delivering another successful project.

At Keystone Sports Construction, Geoff is responsible for sales activities across Pennsylvania and takes a consultative approach to deliver best-in-class athletic facilities for universities, preparatory schools and school districts. As a travel baseball coach of 10-years, Geoff is in touch with the mindset of student athletes and the demands they place upon the safety and performance of the surfaces they compete on regularly, which he leverages to help clients make the best decisions possible for their facilities and athletes.

Tim Fitzgerald

Regional Sales Manager

Tim has been involved in the Racquets Sports Industry for over 15 years as a certified racquets teaching professional. Working at numerous clubs throughout the Delaware area, he has gained experience on and off the court through competing, coaching, customer service, pro shop management, and facility maintenance. Over the past 4 years, Tim was the Director of Racquets Sports at the DuPont Country Club where he oversaw major capital projects that enhanced the tennis, pickleball, and paddle facilities at the club. At Keystone Sports Construction, Tim is ready to help every organization through the process of developing world class sports facilities in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Kevin joined Keystone Sports Construction in 2022, upon retiring from 33 years in public education as a Director of Facilities and Operations in the Downingtown, Marple Newtown, Central Bucks and West Chester Area School Districts. Kevin understands the challenges of doing work in the public sector and brings the owner’s perspective. He is able to provide real world solutions to assist Schools with planning, design, construction and maintenance needs for District facilities.

Court Surfacing Sales Representative

Anthony has served in the Racquet Sports Industry for over 10+ years as certified tennis teaching professional. He has held roles in various private and commercial facilities in PA and NJ as Tennis Manager and Racquet Sports Director. Anthony graduated from Methodist University with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Professional Tennis Management and also completed a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from West Chester University. Anthony is driven to help all athletic organizations grow and enhance their facilities.
