As Chief Financial Officer, John is responsible for all of the company's financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, tax, and financial planning. He also oversees and manages operational activities and risk management. His career spans more than 30 years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership, and corporate strategy. Prior to joining Keystone, John served as the Chief Financial Officer at Universal Atlantic Systems.

At Keystone, Adam is in charge of the estimation, takeoff and ordering of all specialty surfacing material. Adam’s construction management and estimating experience ranges from small residential projects to high profile multi-phase commercial production. Adam’s collegiate background in engineering allows him to design and produce customized solutions that meet or exceed clients’ expectations.

At Keystone Sports Construction, Geoff is responsible for sales activities across Pennsylvania and takes a consultative approach to deliver best-in-class athletic facilities for universities, preparatory schools and school districts. As a travel baseball coach of 10-years, Geoff is in touch with the mindset of student athletes and the demands they place upon the safety and performance of the surfaces they compete on regularly, which he leverages to help clients make the best decisions possible for their facilities and athletes.

Tim has been involved in the Racquets Sports Industry for over 15 years as a certified racquets teaching professional. Working at numerous clubs throughout the Delaware area, he has gained experience on and off the court through competing, coaching, customer service, pro shop management, and facility maintenance. Over the past 4 years, Tim was the Director of Racquets Sports at the DuPont Country Club where he oversaw major capital projects that enhanced the tennis, pickleball, and paddle facilities at the club. At Keystone Sports Construction, Tim is ready to help every organization through the process of developing world class sports facilities in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Kevin joined Keystone Sports Construction in 2022, upon retiring from 33 years in public education as a Director of Facilities and Operations in the Downingtown, Marple Newtown, Central Bucks and West Chester Area School Districts. Kevin understands the challenges of doing work in the public sector and brings the owner’s perspective. He is able to provide real world solutions to assist Schools with planning, design, construction and maintenance needs for District facilities.

Anthony has served in the Racquet Sports Industry for over 10+ years as certified tennis teaching professional. He has held roles in various private and commercial facilities in PA and NJ as Tennis Manager and Racquet Sports Director. Anthony graduated from Methodist University with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Professional Tennis Management and also completed a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from West Chester University. Anthony is driven to help all athletic organizations grow and enhance their facilities.

Dominick joined Keystone Sports Construction after retiring with 29 years of public service as a Captain of Police in Edison, NJ. Dominick’s understanding of the challenges presented with working in the public sector provided him a foundation to transition into sports construction. He started with Keystone Sports Construction as a Business Development Representative and has transitioned to a new role as a Regional Sales Manager. Dominick played high school and college lacrosse and coached both boys and girls youth lacrosse for 11 years.

As Construction Operations Manager for Keystone, John is responsible for overseeing the production of all Design-Build and heavy-civil construction projects.

Alex has worked in the synthetic turf field industry for over ten years. As Turf Operations Manager, Alex oversees the schedule and production of all synthetic turf projects for Keystone. He has extensive experience repairing and maintaining synthetic turf systems regardless of the manufacturer, including the maintenance of fields with alternative infill systems such as cork and zeolite.

He also has a background in coaching and playing at the collegiate level and understands the importance of a properly built and maintained playing surface. Serving as a Project Manager for Keystone, AJ oversees the production of heavy-civil sports construction projects & takes charge of coordinating and managing asphalt installation processes to ensure successful project completion. AJ’s qualifications include being OSHA-10 Certified, and they bring a strong sports background to their role as well.

Dedrick is a graduate of Thaddeus Stevens State College of Technology with a rich and extensive career spanning over 25 years in the construction industry. His expertise are deeply rooted in both residential and commercial construction. Dedrick has actively contributed to and overseen a wide range of construction projects, locally and beyond. His portfolio includes everything from government building additions to the construction of expansive equestrian riding arenas and vital highway asphalt maintenance projects. In his current role as Project Manager at Keystone, Dedrick plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of Design-Build construction projects.

Justin had come to Keystone Sports Construction after managing a 3D scanning department for a technology forward CAD design and construction coordination firm. Prior to that while pursuing his educational career at Widener University, he committed nearly nine years to the flooring industry. He prides himself on the quality of work completed in addition to ensuring efficiency throughout the multitude of processes that make up complex projects. In the role of Project Manager, Justin will facilitate client and field crew relationships throughout a project’s life cycle; to meet the essential requirements assuring scope, positivity, and added value. Using his effective collaboration partnered with determination and ever-growing skill set, Justin’s focus is to provide a product and experience that will enhance the community.
