Georgetown University
Keystone Sports Construction recently completed renovations to Cooper Field at Georgetown University’s athletic complex in Washington D.C. The project included removal and replacement of the synthetic turf field with Astroturf RootZone 3D3 along with installation of a new shockpad system. Design elements from the project include Custom “G” midfield logo, Georgetown and Hoyas end zone lettering, and Cooper Field yard line logo. The construction process involved collaboration with the university on the excavation, removal, and replacement of a steam pipe beneath the field.
