Villanova University
Keystone Sports Construction recently completed renovations to the turf fields at Villanova University, located in Villanova, PA. The university is the oldest Catholic university in Pennsylvania and one of two Augustinian institutions of higher learning in the United States. The project was initiated with the removal and disposal of the existing turf and infill. Afterward, Keystone installed Shaw Sports Turf’s top-tier Legion NXT system for the sports field, along with the installation of a new Brock shock-pad absorber underlayment system. Additionally, the project called for the installation of cryo rubber and organic sand infill. Design elements from the project include a midfield logo, sideline donor lettering, and inlaid sports lines for soccer, field hockey, and men’s and women’s lacrosse.
