Keystone Sports Construction recently completed renovations for the tennis court at The Refuge at Dirickson Creek Owners Association in Shelbyville, Delaware.

The Refuge is an award winning waterfront community consisting of a plethora of health and fitness amenities.
The Challenge
The existing tennis court surface had deteriorated and required crack repair and resurfacing to restore its condition and playability.
Construction Process
The project initiated with removing old delaminated court material and pressure washing the surface. Then Keystone repaired minor surface cracking with Riteway Crack Repair System. The courts were then resurfaced, and new acrylic surface coatings were installed on the court. Afterward, Keystone provided tennis and blended pickleball line striping for the court.
