Sussex Family YMCA
Keystone Sports Construction recently completed new construction of the pickleball courts at Sussex Family YMCA, located in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. The community YMCA branch offers many sports & recreation facilities, including a basketball gymnasium, an indoor pool, and, now, freshly paved pickleball courts. The project involved converting two existing volleyball sand pits into pickleball courts and was initiated with the excavation of the site work for the pickleball courts. After grading the subgrade and stone base, new asphalt was installed, followed by a new acrylic surface coating. Afterward, pickleball line striping was provided for the courts. Additionally, portable netting systems were provided for the courts.
