Keystone Sports Construction recently completed renovations for the tennis courts at Smithsburg High School in Smithsburg, Maryland.
The Client
Smithsburg High School is a public suburban high school serving approximately 733 students in grades 9 through 12 and is part of the Washington County Public Schools system.
The Challenge
The tennis courts were in need of professional crack repair and resurfacing to address existing surface damage, prevent further deterioration, and restore a smooth, durable, high-performance playing surface.
Construction Process
The project began with removing old, delaminated court material and pressure washing the surface. Then Keystone repaired minor surface cracking with Riteway Crack Repair System. The courts were then resurfaced, and new acrylic surface coatings were installed on the courts. Afterward, Keystone provided tennis striping for the courts.
