Pleasantville Public Schools
Keystone Sports Construction recently completed renovations to the turf field for the Pleasantville Public Schools in Pleasantville, New Jersey. The Pleasantville High School athletic program has 50 teams across 16 interscholastic sports, and over 60% of students in grades 7-12 participate in at least one sport during the school year. The project was initiated with the removal and disposal of existing turf, along with reclaiming and recycling the existing infill, and grading the existing stone base. This project utilized Shaw Sports Turf Game On technology to design and install Legion dual fiber synthetic turf. Design elements from the project included a tufted midfield logo, alternating green and purple panel yard lines, purple colored endzones with “PLEASANTVILLE” and “GREYHOUNDS” lettering, sideline “GREYHOUNDS” lettering, and sports lines for football and soccer.
