The project serves a private residence in Owings Mills, Maryland. The community’s milling heritage includes Owings Upper Mill, a historic brick mill built by Samuel Owings Jr. in the late eighteenth century.
The Challenge
The project called for renewing the residential court’s surface and markings while accommodating both tennis and pickleball within the existing court area.
Construction Process
The project included resurfacing and installing a new acrylic surface coating. Afterward, tennis and blended pickleball line striping was provided for the court.
