Keystone Sports Construction recently completed renovations for the tennis court at North Gate Community Association in Hagerstown, Maryland.
The Client
The North Gate Community Association is a homeowners association that manages a residential neighborhood of 225 townhomes. It provides maintenance-free living services and oversees community amenities.
The Challenge
The tennis courts were in need of a complete mill and pave to remove the deteriorated asphalt surface and provide a new, smooth, durable foundation for the finished tennis court playing surface.
Construction Process
The project was initiated with a mill and pave of the existing court. Keystone Sports Construction then installed the new acrylic surface coating on the freshly milled pavement. Afterward, tennis and blended pickleball line striping was provided for the court, and netting and posts were installed.
