Mount De Sales Academy

Keystone Sports Construction recently completed renovations to the multisport turf field at Mount De Sales Academy in Catonsville, Maryland. Mount de Sales Academy is an all-girls secondary school that was the first institution in Baltimore County to offer education to women of all religious denominations. The project was initiated with the removal and disposal of existing turf, along with reclaiming and recycling the existing infill. After grading the base and installation of a shockpad, Keystone installed Shaw Sports Turf’s top-tier SpikeZone Pro turf system for the field. Design elements from the project include an infield logo and sports lines for soccer, field hockey, softball, and women’s lacrosse. Additionally, Batter’s boxes, catcher’s box, and pitcher’s mound turf panels were provided.
