Project Summary
Keystone Sports Construction recently renovated the gymnasium flooring for the Interboro School District in Prospect Park, Pennsylvania.
The Client
The district serves Delaware County communities including Prospect Park, Glenolden, Norwood, and Tinicum Township. Interboro High School was formed in the summer of 1955 when the Glen-Nor and Prospect Park school districts merged, graduating its first class of 125 students in 1956.
The Challenge
The school needed a yearly screen and coat after constant wear and tear throughout the school year.
Construction Process
The project started by taping off all existing volleyball plates. Next steps included screening the existing floor surface, followed by applying two coats of MFMA-certified polyurethane.
