Greene Township Park
Keystone Sports Construction recently completed new construction at Greene Township Park, located in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. This is the second project we’ve completed for Greene Township, the first of which was their nearby baseball infield. This project was initiated with a drainage system installed for the synthetic turf field. The stone base was then laser graded, and new Astroturf RootZone 3D3 synthetic turf was installed for the synthetic turf field. Resurfacer and acrylic surfacing were applied to the mini-pitch, along with white line striping. Additionally, new netting and fencing were installed around the perimeter of the turf field.
Design elements for this project include inlaid sports soccer lines for the turf field. Additionally, a construction base was installed for the fitness court, and asphalt walkways were constructed connecting the turf field, mini-pitch, and fitness court.
