National Cathedral School
Keystone Sports Construction recently completed renovations to Schifter Court, the hardwood basketball court surface at the National Cathedral School. National Cathedral School is an independent girls’ school for grades 4-12 in Washington, D.C., sharing a campus with Washington National Cathedral. The scope of work for this project included sanding down the existing gym floors to remove the old finish and surface imperfections. Next, the floor was refinished with updated logos, a sealer, and a finish system. Design elements from the project include a custom mid-court logo, a purple border around the court with “CATHEDRAL” spelled out behind both basketball hoops, and sport lines for basketball and volleyball.
